The zoning and building department process can be complex and time-consuming. It involves obtaining permits, submitting plans, and complying with regulations. It's important to work closely with the department to ensure a smooth and successful project.
The Town Clerk of Wilkeson will assist in establishing your project, both our Planner and Building Inspector are contacted to work with the Town of Wilkeson, scheduling and inquires will be coordinated with the Town Clerk of Wilkeson. 2022 - PROS Plan
Wilkeson's PROS planning involves careful consideration of factors such as location, budget, and community needs for the Parks, Recreation and Outdoor Spaces Plan. Attached is the current plan, updated in 2022.
2002-2022 Comprehensive Plan
The Washington State Comprehensive Plan outlines the state's goals and policies for land use and development within our communities. At this time communities across the State of Washington are working on updating their Comprehensive Plans, updates are due in 2024.
